Shipping, Return, and Refund Policies


Shipping policy

If you spend over $250, your order will have free shipping in the contiguous USA.

Shipping services and times vary by product, most products ship out in 1-2 business days, however, there are some exceptions. The description of the item will contain information regarding shipping if it is not under our typical shipping policy. Please contact us with any questions, and see our typical shipping timelines below:

  • Top Gear exhausts ship from a UK warehouse expedited via DHL and typically arrive to US addresses in about 3-5 business days, expect 1-2 days of handling time.
  • Standard coilover kits are typically 3-5 days to process and then they go out UPS Ground (1-5 days depending on your region). Some coilover kits are special order or built to order, and processing time is unknown until an order is placed. We will reach out with a timeline, but 1-2 months is typical.
  • Tarett products are typically 1-2 days to process and ship out via Ground unless otherwise specified.
  • All other products are typically processed the same or next business day and ship via Ground unless otherwise specified.

After your order is placed we will reach out if there are any supply issues or delays in shipping time. We aim to be as transparent as possible and get you your parts as quickly as we can!

Shipping is automatically calculated or included for orders placed in the USA. We do offer international shipping options, but please contact us for a quote.

Return Policy

We want to ensure every customer has a positive experience and gets exactly what they need. If any item shows up damaged or otherwise not as described, we’ll do everything we can to make it right including covering return shipping.

For general returns, please contact us within 60 days to initiate the returns process. Items must be in new condition, and it is the customer’s responsibility to cover return shipping. With larger items, please keep in mind that this can be prohibitively expensive, so try to be sure you want what you’re purchasing!

Outside of 60 days, you are more than welcome to contact us and we’ll do our best to assist. If the item is in brand new condition we may be able to make a return, but it depends on the item. We’ll do our best to work something out whenever possible.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be paid in full for any issues that arise within Sierra Racing Supply’s control.

For refunds on cancelled orders before they are shipped out, we offer a full refund minus the cost of card processing fees (usually ~3% of purchase price) which are not returned to us when we issue refunds.

For refunds on returned items, we offer a full refund minus our actual cost of shipping and any card processing fees. When you contact us requesting a return, we can calculate this for you and let you know what your refund will be. We hope you understand we are a small business with thin margins because we try to pass savings on to our customers.

You can expect to receive your refund within 1-2 weeks from the date we receive the return.
