Description
These catless race headers are crafted from 304-grade stainless steel with high-strength TIG welds, thick flanges, and tuned length runners. The primary external diameter is 45mm, collector diameter is 54mm. This part is deal for track use to increase performance, reduce heat in your engine bay, and prevent damage to the factory cats.
They fit all 981 Porsche Cayman and Boxster, from 2013-2016, base, S, GTS, GT4 and Spyder. We recommend the purchase of new OEM-style metal exhaust gaskets to install along with the headers which can be purchased as an add-on, or procure your own from your favorite replacement parts supplier.
Please note: These headers come with a built in defouler for the secondary O2 sensor. If you plan to tune the car, these need to be cut out. I have requested that Top Gear exclude these on future runs but for the time being all sets of headers ordered will have these installed by default.
- The headers will bolt right up to the OEM exhaust, any Top Gear exhaust, or any aftermarket exhaust with OEM fitment.
- These headers are not CARB certified, and may not be legal for road use in your area. These are sold as an off-road part.
- After the installation of this product, the emissions or check engine light might come on your dash. We partner with and sell Softronic tunes at a discount to anyone who purchases a Top Gear product, to maximize the power gains from the headers and get rid of the CEL.
- Due to the current administration’s decision to remove the de minimis exemption, Top Gear products will now be subject to a tariff as they are shipped from the UK. We have done as much as possible to reduce this cost and pass the savings onto you, so the value you receive means these are still the best option on the market.
- DHL will contact you to pay the tariff, which should be around $50, though if there are any adjustments to tariffs or fees this may change.
